SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Address
It is our policy to ship to CONFIRMED addresses only. Because we use Paypal as our payment processor, a Confirmed address is either one that has been verified on your Paypal account or the address where the credit card bill is mailed to. Due to the high incident rate of fraud on the internet, we can not ship to unconfirmed addresses as this indicates that we can not establish the identity of the person presenting the credit card. Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping rates vary by the item(s) and are based on weight. We add a $1.00
packaging fee to every shipment for the cost of packaging materials. Our
system quotes directly from the United States Postal Service based on the
final weight of your packed box. If you feel that our system is quoting too high based on the items selected, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. Customers that will be in the Birmingham,
Alabama area may choose to pick up their item(s) from our store (you are
not charged any shipping costs if you select local pick-up). Please be aware
that if you select local pick-up and later change your mind and wish the
item(s) to be shipped, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost
and will be expected to pay the shipping charges before the item(s) are sent
out. We allow 3 business days for picking up merchandise before the items are returned to stock.
Package Tracking
You will be supplied your delivery confirmation number so you have constant
access to your package information. Follow your package at USPS Track & Confirm
Estimated Delivery Times:
All delivery times are estimated and can not be guaranteed. Please contact
us if you would like Express mail service as we normally do not offer this
service.
- First Class Mail: 3-6 days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- Parcel Post: 4-7 days
- Priority International Mail: Varies depending on destination
- APO/FPO Delivery: Delivery times to your location can not be estimated.
Return Policy
All items we sell are sold AS-IS and returns are only accepted if the item was not as described. If you need to return any item, please contact
us for details. The buyer will be responsible for mailing the package back and the item should arrive to us in the same condition in which it was shipped out. We do recommend you insure the item when it is mailed back as we can not be held responsible for items while they are in the possession of a postal carrier. If it is determined that the item was not as described, we will refund the original purchase price (including the original shipping paid) and the cost of return shipping.
